Ferenc Dömötör operates domotor.hu and is the data controller for enquiries received through this website. For contact and privacy enquiries, email ferenc@domotor.hu. This notice explains how information is handled when you get in touch through the website.
Information collected by the form
The form asks for your name, email address, selected service and message. Your name, email address and message are needed to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Only include information about other people if it is needed for your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal at your request. For enquiries about a contract you may enter into, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For other business enquiries, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to business communications under Article 6(1)(f). You may object to processing on this basis. Your details are not added to a newsletter list.
Who receives the information?
Your enquiry is emailed to ferenc@domotor.hu. Rackhost Zrt. provides the web and email hosting infrastructure. The form does not use a third-party form service. Messages pass through the hosting provider’s mail system as part of delivery.
How long information is kept
For enquiries that do not lead to a contract, the intended retention period is six months from the last substantive exchange. If a contract is agreed, further retention is determined by contractual and applicable legal obligations. The form does not store messages in a separate database.
Cookies, security and technical information
The website contains no advertising or visitor analytics trackers. Interacting with the form or submitting it sets a security session cookie to help prevent unauthorised submissions. This cookie lasts for the browser session. To limit the number of submissions in a short period, the site uses a one-way hash of your IP address and timestamps. The hosting provider may retain operational and security logs under its own service terms. Fonts are served locally.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and data portability.
